That’s cause this mod only replaces the background. Not the music or menu icons. It’s just seperate.

Or you can make a folder and put those normal backgrounds in there instead of deleting them.

Go to your steam app, library, then Left 4 Dead 2, click the settings button, properties, and then verify the integrity of the files to get the normal backgrounds back.
