I didn't mention it because when I asked him if I could hand the model over to GMod, he said it was fine as long as proper credit was given to Mochi (creator of Mimi and Dell) and General G. Wolfe (creator of the thumbnail).

If you want a simpler way to move parts around, use the Advanced Bonemerge Tool.

For the joints, you are using the ragdoll again, move it in the green ring, press the C key and a table will appear in which you must slide down and the model icon will appear, you press it and all its limbs will come out, click on them to be able to move them.

Using ragdoll mover, you point at the green ring and the arrows will appear to move the entire model.
