@fwigs You're already heading in the right direction. The people in the Safe Zone examined the plants and noticed that something was wrong. But I have to admit that the two books with laws and the paintings with titles and authors were just bad german jokes. They have nothing to do with it.

This map has something more like a lore, I was exploring it for quite a while and found many notes that explain it better, like that everything turned out this way after an experiment on the structure of plant cells that they were trying to change went wrong, and that they were moving to a safe zone and that more than 10 people died and it was unknown if more could die, and the last thing I found was that I had discovered a code or decrypted word in another language that I translated with help in several languages that came out something like "Law on the delegation of duties for the supervision of beef labeling" and from there what I believe is that the first thing that happened was the failed experiment on changing the structure of the cell that failed, then the deaths, and then the escape to the safe place. If you want something more detailed, you can let me know and I can also explore the first one they made from the other map, which was the first one.
