The other thing that could make this way better is if you implement a trail effect to the motion taunts. The Zoomin' Broom preview video shows it just kind of sticks to the character as they move, but it's definitely possible to make the effect more smoothly fade out behind a moving character. If I remember right, Wildflower Meadows is a good example of an effect that does what I'm describing, and it's pretty similar to your effect. If you look at that one, the grass sort of trails behind the player as they move, then fades out. I think it would look a lot more natural, plus it looks awesome to see effects leaving trails behind people in game.
Anyway I think the taunt reminds me a lot of some of the battlefields in Elden Ring, it's pretty cool.
