I found out the cause of the bug where the hands and weapons are flickering.
Modern Warfare Base Weapon was the problem. With a Modern Warfare weapon
Changing the player model will cause this bug.

In the source engine somehow customizing jigglebones is a very painful thing to do, so I left the acceptable position. This is not Unity, where you can see the effect of values at once. So, yes, if I have the energy I will try to adjust the values a bit 👌🏼

Honestly, I've never seen this happen when testing my models. Does this happen with other models? Try restoring the game files in your Steam settings.
