Hii, to change it, you need to unzip this mod and find the file:
/resource/ui/hud/localdisplayplayer.res
Edit the file with a text editor,

find the MainMissionDetail element on line 483,
in properties such as “labelText”
‘labelText’ “Kill all sons of shit...” [$ENGLISH]....

“labelText” “杀光这些混蛋...” [$SCHINESE]...

“labelText” “Tötet alle Hurensöhne...” [$GERMAN]

You can change it as you like there, it's just static text actually..
