I don't know for sure. I added GK, ER and E&A as required DLCs because some of regions have content added in those DLCs, but I never actually did a testing on what DLCs indeed required. I guess you have to try it out to know if it'll work for you, but if you have only vanilla game, then it most probably won't.
The error is that the mod doesn't exist on the file. But does exist in the modlist. I'm not sure how that happens though...
It doesn't have any actual effect on mod working in the game, you can ignore that warning.
Quick question: On the Paradox Launcher, there's a warning icon for the mod saying something along the lines of "This mod is missing a metadata file" or something. Can I ignore that? Or is there something I should keep an eye out with it?
I'm not 100% sure, but I think it does, I also use some stuff from Eldritch Realms DLC.
Added requirements for both DLCs into descrtiption, just for the sake.
If you have mod enabled, when game will generate new map, it might put some regions out of the pack into the map it generates. Chances for regions from the packs to appear are the same as for official custom regions.
