Wooohooo!!! Just wanted to thank anyone who's subscribed or liked the map over the last couple years, it's almost broken the 20k mark now which makes the time poured into it all the more worthwhile.

Keep it up & be sure to stay on the lookout for anymore future releases from me (as I’ve recently started work on another BF map).

Same man, I miss all the mod's like Forgotten Hope, Desert Combat, Eve of Destruction and Interstate 82'.. Playing the Omaha 'dog green' map on FH was an unforgettable experience, especially as the americans!

The map is designed very lovely at first, but I'd really suggest you to build another bridge on the top left. This would make the game more flexible. otherwise its just artillery- and bunkerspam. :)

One of the best games I've had so far was as the american para doctrine, try dropping a stick into the dock/ plane crash area!

Cheers dude. Yeah if your whole team goes a commander with say only tank abilities your gonna have a bad time lol. Recon planes, support abillities & arty go along way in this map.
To help with the flow try having atleast one of the players on each team as say an american paratrooper & west German Luftwaffe (paras). Will help keep things "fluent" :)

Awesome map! only problem is that the games can last like hour and a half :/
and bridges are really weak and it's hard to repair because enemy have like 10 tanks just waiting at the other side.

Hey Doc, cheers for letting me know about this one. I too have noticed that both models I've used for the drawbridge and norhtern dock are not actually destructing. I'm working on a fix for this at the moment, I think it may be the type of bridge used or possibly the objects surrounding. Will most likely have to change the model of bridge.

By the way, I'm very glad to hear you and your friends are getting into the map, it makes all that time designing worth while haha. Will let you know when I've released the fix soon :)

There seems to be a problem with the northern bridge: it seems to be both indestructible and problematic to pass if a lot of debris gets stuck up on it - which it will. Me and some mates just finished a round where one of our lads had a large artillery battery and was persistently shelling the bridge while the other built Tigers for the Assault. When they were finally ready, and the bridge was littered with bodies of every faction - a beautiful vissage, I assure you - we ran into a road bump.. literally. The Tigers couldn't cross the bridge.

This didn't only effect the KT either. None of our vehichles could get across after substantial combat.

A solution would be to make it destructible, which would let us clear it through demolition and rebuild it or make the terrain around it undamagable so it is always even.

Haha thats great to hear dude, I designed it so fighting from both sides of the map would give the player a completely different experience each time. If you have any requests or find any bugs just let me know & i'll get onto it pronto :)

Awesome map, alot of everything...narrow street/ house to house urban fighting, open fields, small forested area, bridge fights, choke points...I love it! :D
