the mod works fine as intended. if used with other mods/add-ons it will be a bit glitchy. not sure what causes it but with some mods that modify health of items it'll give you a lot of armor but just downloading this alone should work pretty nicely

he means you have another 35 percent while at 100 , that 35 percent is your armor
