I've noticed the volume thing too, unfortunately I couldn't do too much with the settings; in the editor you can control both the volume of the song and trombone seperately, but those settings don't transfer to the final export.
A fix I can recommend is simply lowering the song volume using the '-' (minus) button when playing. This also works when paused, so you could pause immediately after loading the song to start off with the right settings.
But since you're saying it's only in one section that will have to be a compromise setting on the volume.

okay, after playing all 3 songs, they are all spot on, just a little thing with this song (TiMH): the song itself can get at times a little too loud and there's a part I couldn't hear the Trombone, its not throughtout the whole thing, just a section.
