there is a chance for these type too not spawn a bolt, as intended, not every gun in an apocalypse is healthy, or fac new,

Hey The M16, M9 and Ithaca shotgun don't spawn at all with the necessary bolt needed to fire anytime i find one i have to find a bolt/slide that doesn't spawn. Is this intended? I've found dozens of these guns and none of them fire or work or spawn with the slide/bolt.
