It seems that the origami item that turns all your trinkets into items just deleted the trinket I picked up. I was playing Tainted Lost on Flooded Caves 1 and picked up Liberty Cap which dropped from a mushroom that a Polty picked up and threw. I don't know how relevant any of that information is, and I don't know if the same bug happens in other situations too.
