@Tu_cshkan Я понимаю, у механитора немного запутанные требования. У пси, например, просто повышение уровня пси-связи. А вот у механитора, нужно наличие не только мехлинка но и несколько уровней диспетчерского сублинка и кое-что еще.

@Lored я понимаю что все раскрытия секретов как именно качать тот или иной ген должно быть секретом но я должен спросить. Как качать ген механитора? У меня чел с начала колонии является механитором но при этом у него все еще уровень д хотя он получил сильно позже псионику и чуть ли не за несколько дней он достиг ранга а. Я либо не понял как качать либо баг словил по ощущениям.

@Alpik Приветствую. На данный момент я занят полировкой баланса основного мода Obsidia Expansion и написанием статей для wiki по этой серии модов. Так что, в ближайшие месяца два-три точно нет.
За более поздний период сказать точно не могу, так-то идея интересная но её можно использовать только как часть концепта, для создания ксенотипа. Если получу вдохновение и наберется достаточно идей, как для генов, так и лорной части, то вполне возможно.

Привет, спасибо тебе за замечательные ксенотипы, хотел узнать, не будете ли вы разрабатывать в будущем новый ксенотип для игры в жарких пустынях, сколько не смотрел в мастерской стима, особо интересных рас или ксенотипов не видел)

@Dust Can attest to getting them from quests. I run that city mod and it gave me a quest to assassinate a pawn in full power armor from a friendly faction in a large city.

Rewards was exactly one serum, I laid siege to an entire city for one single serum, and I have no regrets.

@Max Pendragon No, Nanogen Drain gene doesn't evolve into Nanogen Recovery gene and is not available in Nanomorph xenotype.
It is designed for those who create their own custom xenotypes and can be obtained through Genepacks.

Честно, очень прикольный мод. Однако, мне кажется что стоило бы немного уменьшить шанс полного срабатывания базовой сыворотки наноморфоза.

@KrusherJr Thank you for the research, I am very glad that someone did it. I would like to add a small clarify :slimeamazed:
1) The requirements for Nano-psy are Psylink level.
2) The requirements for Nano-Mechanitor are more complicated. To obtain it, you need Mechlink. And for evolutions you need leveled Control Sublink and Mech Gestation Processor.

All of the skill based ones (and Study and Laborer) are based off of your skill level in the appropriate skill.

Heat, Cold, Void, and Tox resists are all based on having some level of the appropriate global hediff.

Pain and Armor are based on having some bruising/pain, iirc.

Psy sensitivity just checks if you have a neuroformer installed, iirc.

Mechanitor is *supposed* to do the same thing for Mechlink, but I have not had it properly fire since release.

is the condition to trigger based on level? At fist i thought random but no then passion but no this one has no melee passion. But they do have 19 melee and A rank melee. testing more i noticed as levels go up more genes evolve. if so that's actually really cool. it pushes more to train and breed better.

@Nyalex Lolimeow Any evolution, whether it’s D, A, or even EX, needs certain conditions to trigger. The higher the tier, the higher those conditions get, and the lower the chance. Evolution check happens once per in-game hour, so yeah… the higher you go, the rarer the upgrade.

sure and that is fair that is why i say maybe it's just me. i might just be going rock brain trying to process big word. It happens to me more then you think... but good to know it does the full heal.

wait. you can scroll the gene info and click the linked effects? how? every time i try it scrolls the list or adds the gene. i didn't even know you can open a detailed discription.

@Sera Oh, I’m terribly sorry the original descriptions misled you.
But personally, when I read "seal wounds, synthesize temporary tissue, and stabilize vital functions", it kinda screams “does more than just stop the bleeding” like, I dunno, maybe also helps heal the wound?

As for Nanite Breach all the descriptions are already in the game, you just have to, you know… find them. Let me help you out:
Open the gene description in-game → scroll down below the flavor text → there you’ll see links to the ability and its stats → click the linked effect it applies → boom, you’ve got all the effect’s properties right there.

ok this looks cool and i'm going to love this but some things might need to be made more clear. for example nanocoagulate. i know it stops bleeding because 3,000 hours it sounds like it does not stop bleeding but fully heals a wound. And if i am wrong and it is a heal that adds to the fact it's confusing wording.

nanite breach is another. What does "operational stability" mean? slow it down, stun it, make it bleed, blow up a few times like it has robo diarrhea, turn it ally, do the Mexican polka? All i know is it does something to make them do something.

@ivanmrzv91 Yes. The amount of harvested Nanogel depends on the type of mechanoid(Light Mechanoid, Base Mechanoid Walker, Heavy Mechanoid, etc.), but not on the size of the body.
Therefore, it should work with most mods that add new mechanoids.
