i'm experiencing the same problem, when crafted they have the shape and look normal in my hand but they do not have the right color. its all grey so unless you hover your cursor over the Stims you cannot tell them apart.

Textures and animations, if added, are no working.

In-game they look just fine? maybe I don’t understand what you are saying. The textures are in the p3d’s models themselves so thats why no separate texture files.

Not sure what's up, but I put the mod into the editor just to take a look at them, but the textures aren't working, because it was just a dark grey image of the injector, no color to visually differentiate one from the other.
