I don't mind attributing at all, but it should stop there. That should be enough, since i'm not taking it away from them. The original still exists, and if they want, they can update it themselves, though I don't think that's going to happen, since it hasn't been updated since 1.4, lol.

@Aleksey I agree it seems a bit mean to deny others the chance to update something free and for free, maybe the reason is they want to use it in a portfolio one day and want to be properly attributed to the work. Who knows?

Hmm, well I guess I didn't consider that. I was just trying to bring it back to life for a friend who used it in the past. I did say that I would take it down if the author requests. This is sort of like that, I suppose.

I think I'll leave it up, and if I get contacted about it, from the author or DMCA or something, I'll remove it. Since I had no intention of making my own mod based on this one (a ton of other things on my plate at the moment), that's probably the best course of action.

I mean really, it's a RimWorld mod... There should be no licenses on this kind of stuff anyway. I get that you want to protect your work, but it's a bit ridiculous. I'm not doing anything malicious here.

on the other hand, it's not the same mod being redisributed – it's an updated mod :) kidding. but really, please, don't delete this. I doubt someone will sue you without warning.

Not to be a debby downer but 'Redistributing my MOD is prohibited.
These Terms of Use supersede CC BY-NC-ND 4.0.'

Id quite like the Battery Charger to be updated too [consider this a request] however wouldn't it be safer to make an 'almost' identical mod? Don't particularly want a modder to get themselves unnecessarily banned.

I've removed the "In Postfix" log. It was left in there from testing. Let me know how that works for you.

I'll check tomorrow to see if there is a stray log message.

The NullReferenceException I'm seeing is from RimDialogue. I don't think it's this mod.

not clean enviroment, the text is white, but it's spamming:

I test in a clean environment with only the mod dependencies. If it works there, but doesn't work with other mods, then there's a conflict going on. Can you test in a clean environment and let me know if it works for you? If not, I'll look into it, but I'll need to see that full error first, so the full log.

I'll make another one today, maybe the wrong link. I just started the game (testing mods before the real playthrough), my pawns were wandering and talking. This kept happening pretty much between every of their dialogues. I used RimDialogue, if it matters.

I don't see that error in your log. I do see others though, unrelated to this mod. Does it still work for you when you get the error? What are you doing when it happens?

not sure if it's okay, but it keeps spamming:
