There is a charple mod that adds c_hands and they seem to change if you have a charple reskin. don't think the model will change tho.

I'm deeply sorry that you had to go through that, But I'm not one of those people. I don't understand the hostility from the gmod community honestly. I've been in this community for a very long time, I know there's really annoying sociopaths that post BS and chain comments and I wish they all vanished from steam because they help no one, I appreciate the work that people put into the steam workshop.
