Unfortunately when the music is compressed into the bank file it can't be found in the filesystem like an .mp3 but there are guides online on how to decode a .bank file
Will probably just have to ask PDX to look into it on their end, and deal with nuisance crashes on exit in the meantime.
I have a lead that someone pointed me towards that I need to investigate to potentially fix it for my own music mods. If it works I'll share the findings here.
Brahms' Violin Concerto, (Esp. the Third Movement)
Sibelius' Finlandia
Mussogorsky's Great Gate of Kyiv
Mussogorsky's Night on Bald Mountain
Dvorak's Slavonic Dances No. 7 in C Minor, No. 8 in G Minor, No. 4 in D Flat Major
Gershwin's Rhapsody in Blue
Holst's First Suite in Eb
Holst's Second Suite in F
Vaughan Williams' Tuba Concerto
Copland's Short Symphony
Alongside the original VickyR tunes from below, would be worth looking at the Civ IV playlist on the Industrial Era: https://civilization.fandom.com/wiki/Soundtrack_(Civ4)
I opened the mod to see what it does and noticed you don't use FMOD banks for your audio tracks. I would recommend the sound modding instructions on the wiki to use bank files, that way the music will quieten correctly when it needs to (e.g. when an event opens):
