Seems like this isn't currently updating baronies? I'm having some baronies with blank grey COAs in westeros (baron tier), and the refresh decision which used to sort this (I think) doesn't seem to be now.

Does this change the COA for Houses in Essos or just Westerosi houses only?

Please add an option to remove the decision - this is the sort of thing that you might use once at the start of a playthrough and it'd be annoying to see it sitting in the decision tab 200 years later when you are not likely to use it again.

Question, does this add the old targaryen sigils to the COA designer, cuz I used to love to use the one with the single headed dragon for my custom dragon rider houses
