Report a translation problem
An empty background slot remains in the Colonist Bar, even though no colonists are present.
The original empty-space tile still seems to count as a settlement or world object.
Any advice, tips, or workarounds would be greatly appreciated if anyone has encountered this.
Yeah. Pretty sure the issue is, if your gravship is larger in any dimension than the default space tile this mod makes, it causes an error as your ship is landing in an area where the map size physically cannot handle it, and as such giving the error about "trying to load out of bounds" causing it to just fail to load anything, deleting it.
Basically if your ship is larger than the small square this mod uses, you can't land in space anymore. This is a big problem as you can easily build a ship bigger than that with just 1 or 2 grav extenders.

I'll be testing this on my own game
Earth low orbit is around 200x200km, geostationary is 35,786x35,786km
and while yes it depends on how fast the planet rotates and all but the rimworld has a 24hr day as well, and is presumably a similar size to Earth as well
either way it doesnt matter because its a videogame where magic exists lmao
