Removed fish as a restricted item from UC places, and also removed Dried Fish from regular Bars (since the fishy bar expansion covers it, otherwise you'd buy fish way inland)

I think the fish sellers, at least in the Empire, are bugged. Currently trying to fix.

remove the quiil food reference in the mod manager so it donset say that it miss a mod

thankfully i fixed the thing where i had the Wanderer start with 1000 combat stats before anyone subscribed
