It would've been cool if you try recreate film locations, like take
Haddonfield Police Station from Halloween 5: The Revenge of Michael Myers (1989) for example.

I wouldn't advertise looking for css content downloads anymore, the July 2025 update includes CSS textures by default now (they even asked Valve to get it done)
