@UNIT1 Yes, this is compatible with Barney's Half-Life Alyx reskin. Other replacements, I'm not yet sure.

The colors on him are because of Random NPC Color.
The eyes are kind of different looking because of RNG Eyes.
The map is gm_flatbuild_pb.
The Pick-Up Can Metrocop is from Scenic NPCs.
The Gordon Freeman model is a required addon for Gordon Freeman SmartNPC (it really works!).
