found the issue, you forgot </xpath> after <xpath>Defs/ThingDef[defName="AncientGravEngine"]

not working, breaking the load order (even using only DLC and Harmony, Huglibs for the logs...)

Exception reading Pica_Odyssey_AllPatch.xml as XML: System.Xml.XmlException: The 'xpath' start tag on line 8 position 4 does not match the end tag of 'Operation'. Line 23, position 4.
Caught exception while loading play data but there are active mods other than Core. Resetting mods config and trying again.
The exception was: System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object
