I was actually looking at having it applied automatically when a player chooses Order 66. But in order to really do that I'd have to make Imperial versions of every ship and lockout the normal versions in the Republic Government lua.

Applies regardless. You can just apply the mod after executing order 66 is that is what you want.

Is it locked behind Order 66? or does it apply regardless of tech level and choice?

Coruscant guard are already an exception (thanks to being different units to the normal clone squads) and I believe the 501st (and the other legions) keeping their color or not is dependant on if it's canon or legends. I provided instructions on how to revert the legion color change in the description, if you want to do so.

the 501st and coruscant guard both kept their legion colors im pretty sure, not sure about any other legion but this mod looks really cool for when you transition into the empire. maybe you could make an exception for those 2 legions :)

It should be compatible with most things, only thing I can really think of that isn't are mods that change the tactical pop cap. And yeah, Cody is the only recolored clone.

This I like a lot. And so its compatible with other mods and I assume Cody is the only clone hero with grey markings?
