medkit position depends on the player model. you can't make that happen with the medkit mod. maybe a sourcemod plugin would work using... dhook? but i haven't heard of such plugin.

player models dictate where the medkits will show up on their body (as attachments). in that case, Rochelle model's medkit attachment is on her waist instead of her back
