If I messed up and the problem persists go to Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\2738630\3528109695 and manually delete the dialog.tlk, that would fix the issue
For example, I like to play aasimar Sorc/Pal/EK/ASoC build and hence have -3 caster levels but it feels ok even on very high difficulty if I play with full properly composed party.
You can technically achieve max level with any character, it's just that lagging behind on HP / Saving throws in early game feels really silly.
I've just never felt LA races "unplayable" in the slightest. And there is enough XP in official campaigns anyway to reach level cap with any race.
I've played aasimar a lot, for example, and never faced missing any class levels.
