@Billball Baggins I guess they can be researched through blacksmithing. When you get blacksmith 5-7. You 100% can craft them in vanila they just have a high blacksmth lvl requirement. I've spawned one myself with debug mode. Because at this time vanilla game (and therefore any map) is not designed for completely wilderness playthrough.

none of the buildings have doors so i cant get hinges and knobs. Does anyone know if you can craft them ? iv foraged for hours and never found any.

could add wild domestic animals, some abandoned farms with some animals like pigs, cows, chickens, or add optional spawns for those who want to have them on the map

@kobbold In my game I can pick them up normally, both the big ones and the smooth stones, maybe it's some mod that's preventing me from picking them up.

As pedras grandes estão bugadas, isso impede o jogador de pega-las e fica impossivel criar algumas coisas como a forja primitiva por exemplo, e não tem como pegar a pedra larga tbm.

Hello, unfortunately this is something in the game that doesn’t really have a solution. The way it determines “indoors” is sometimes quite buggy.
I recommend building a bit further to the side (outside the map’s prebuilt structure), that might solve the rain collector issue.

Sadly, this is something that would need to be fixed in the game itself.

So I've occupied an abandoned shack (biggest one on the most south-east point with tents etc). Then I've placed some stairs to the 2nd floor and it looks like there is no roof. But it still considered as indoors (bcs temperature changes and rain never gets inside). I've deconstructed 3 walls completely and all ground floor tiles but the area still remain indoor although there is only a single wall left. Now the fog accured and I even can see the clear square where the "default" building was. I've reloaded the game - no changes. So raincollectors will not work etc. How do I get rid of it? I want to destroy premade building and build my own on the same place. Mb through some debug options?

Indeed, on default Apocalypse the density is, ugh, wild. Well, it's still technically "survival focused"! I guess you are supposed to tailor the sandbox settings to play this proper, but would be nice if there were an intended preset of sorts.

The map is beautifully built, finding mysterious abandoned huts in the middle of the wild forest is really exciting. All we need is wild animal spawns (especially deer because without fur it will be very cold in winter). Also, in the biomes around the standard spawn there are not so many resources for foraging, but maybe there are places richer somewhere.

it seems the map only has rabbits and does spanning. Could you add wildlife around the island please?

After playing a few rounds Ive come to realise going from nothing any blacksmith, carver, knapper. Is going to take an extremely long time, esp if you have mods to assist you with initial start up. However very fun just teching up will take alot of time.
