Yeah i don't play hifi rush and this pack should not include voices that are not in EW

I was referring to the Hi-Fi Rush character, SEB-AAA. That robot is sometimes seen in the levels, talking with noir outlook obviously similar to Sebastian's (because he is his expy).

I've changed the way I normalize the voices, the volume of the voice lines should be more consistent. I fixed some cues being louder for Stefano, i forgot to set the class for the cues.

I've also upped the base volume. You can always change it in the config.

Too bad SEB-AAA did not have enough lines to justify his presence in this compilation.
