could pls all Pick Up And Haul, CommonSense, While You Are Nearby & While You're Up modders come together and make something functional as we had in times long, long ago?
literally half of all the ppl that ever bought rimworld are subbed to these mods - and as of now, it seems to not be working as intended for anyone.

@semi might be a load order issue. i have used it for 30h without issue. do you use Rimpy or any other mod manager?

@semi doesn't happen to me, I completed a full odyssey playthrough with this mod from day 1 that took several years without seeing that issue. might be an incompatibility/conflict with one of your other mods?

This mod now causes your starting colonists to stand still forever, no matter what you do.

It is obsolete.

EDIT: It works til day 16, then it happens.

@NeinDao It *should* be obsolete, but apparently the official 1.6 update got messed up somehow and has issues that this one doesn't?

Ok, I don't know what to do then. I've tried getting into contact with Mehni before, but they don't seem super active. Might see if I can contact them on Discord or something. The only thing I can think of is maybe there's a compatibility patch out there that is targeting the original mod ID and causing issues? But that doesn't explain why the fork has an issue, unless it's a new thing based off Teemo's changes *shrugs*

yeah, same here your version is the only one actually working. because I could see it ticking using Dubs analyzer mod. the others were crashing for me. and the one mod fork author said go ahead and take over maintenance of the mod. in his comments like 2 pages back.

I'm so confused how this could possibly work better, unless they broke something in their 1.6 update. All I did for this is update a few method signatures that had changed in 1.6, and rebuilt it against 1.6 RimWorld

Took a look at their github, but it looks like they haven't pushed their 1.6 changes yet.

As for Teemo's fork, it wouldn't surprise me if it was acting weirdly, he's been rewriting large parts of the mod

Yeah I tested with all three and your version is not Obsolete ive been playing with Teemo for the past week and didnt notice completely that it wasnt working since i relied on lifters

Yeah, tons of people are complaining about both of those mods not working properly. It's really weird. I've tried using all three myself; this is the only one that actually works reliably.

The weird thing though, is that this 'Obsolete' version is the only one which works properly. The one by the original modder is still broken even after their update, the other forked version is the same, and this is the only one that doesn't have pawn stuttering or failures to pick everything up.

@Gore Pick up and Haul had 2 developers (Menhi and Alex). Alex died and as their mods were widely used folks jumped to update most of them to 1.6, including Pickup and Haul.

But as Menhi is still alive and activly working on the mod the original has been updated and it is common to delete and/or add Obsolete tags to forked mods if the original is updated so that there is not multiple conflicting versions of the mod around

yes PUAH is Menhi creation, with (RIP) Alex a great contributor for it.
Not to discredit Alex, but PUAH is updated and alive because of Menhi.
