Ralsei never shows up even with alot of housig

I really like this mod but TP is not balenced at all. I mean, it isn't worth it to use it on anything except the heal prayer. Copying the tp system from deltarune directly doesn't mesh well with terraria, as it runs out much faster than mana does. Making the weapon which use it not very useful

Ralsei should, in theory, have no additional criteria. He should just move into any free house... Will try to investigate his slow spawning rate as soon as I can.

I can't seem to get ralsei to spawn even though i've got the nurse and merchant already come in and have extra space, any ideas why. Other wise i haven't interacted with the mod much so i can't say whether it is good or not.
