It only disappears if you get inside the ”wall” or too close to the text (sometimes). Even in that moment, it does not disappear, its just the Source Engine text behavior. This is a Source Engine limitation.

You can probably fix the stats sign disappearing with self:SetRenderBounds inside ENT:Initialize clientside.
