HI! I have a problem with both buttons not working. I will share a log, its huge because I have other problems, but the buttons were activated last, so I hope it all will be at the bottom.

Took RimThemes out because it doesn't work with Pawn Control Groups either - and that's more important to me. Lo and behold, the buttons are back on the menu :)

Does this work with RimThemes? It was working ok for me earlier, but both buttons have vanished after adding RimThemes.

Mod is still broken for me. The very first screen when I start a new ideology via the menu button, the menu is shifted towards the right-hand corner, hiding at least 3 / 4 of the options AND the Next / Back buttons. I will regretfully have to remove it from my current mod list.

ran into another "xenotype button doesn't work and prints error" bug. i was able to isolate the bug between this mod and 1trickpwnyta's defaults mod, which normally work perfectly nicely together but apparently something bugged out with the default apparel policies? in any case, it fixed itself when i reset my policies, but i forgot to save my logs before trying to find out what mod interaction might have caused the bugged policies so this isn't very helpful as far as bug reports go (it might even be a bug with just the defaults mod anyway). i figured it might still be worth a headsup in case anyone else runs into a similar problem, tho.

I agree with having the option to create characters quickly, useful especially when testing traits, xenotypes, or facial animation mods. If it's possible to implement, I would love to see it

hmm it was working in 1.5 and now my modlist is like half of what it was.
i dunno. does rimthemes effect it? i think that just changes colors and backgrounds

could you try make this work without one of the dlcs by checking if the dlc is active before creating the buttons? If it isnt too hard (with ModsConfig.IdeologyActive and ModsConfig.BiotechActive)

probably because the number of good mods like this one that got abandoned by the original authors keeps increasing, more and more mods will get "forked" from the original by other people

Mod should now be fully compatible with Big and Small framework and genes. I appreciate the error logs and help with narrowing the issue down. If there is any more issues then let me know.
