That is most likely because you have conflicting addons or the required addons have failed to download properly.

Odds are you just need to restart Garry's Mod, if that doesn't work try restarting your computer.

If that does not work either, I would check if there are any Lua Errors or Mod Conflict.

Go to dupes, and open the subscribed tab, use the duplicator tool to spawn in the [[[TRUCK]]], use your physgun and press R to unfreeze the [[[TRUCK]]] and let it loose.
