i played on light speed demon the most so im not familiar if the other difficulties have the same issue
really cool mod though makes the game more fun to play
but damn the world collapse speed is way too fast and unbalanced wish it could get fixed and balanced
Falling of the stage just removes a heart on the death screen but doesn't respawn you, and dying to falling to 0% HP just leaves you at a black screen with sound playing
@Abneto I'll look into it, I did encounter an issue like that once but thought it was a haste issue, because Speed Demon doesn't modify the death screen at all.
@Nova haha yeah, that can happen when runs go on too long. I'll probably add a way for players to remove items, so that you can remove useless/lag-inducing items :)
@Nova I'll check it out, but this seems like a Haste issue, not a SD issue haha. I'll still see if the item was incorrectly implemented.
Thanks for the feedback!
With the item "+100% boost, on non perfect landings -5HP", many times I lose HP even when I land a perfect landing, and a lot of times I get collision damage when I hit the ground
I do plan on adding an option to turn the mod on/off. We haven't yet figured out (in the community) how to add difficulties to the Endless Shard, but that's definitely an option I'll consider.
For the items, I didn't touch them, but it's possible that they were internally renamed. I'll see if i can find the source of the issue, it should be fixed in a few days.
The collapse speed is changeable in the Difficulty Settings, but the default collapse speed is made to keep the collapse always right behind you (and the music kinda distorting), it does depend a lot on items. I plan on adding a "Last Chance" type of item that you'd get as a saving grace when you lose all lives in one level.
Please do keep giving feedback, I'd love to see what you think :)
A) An option to toggle the mod on/off from the menu. Maybe even make it a selectable difficulty on the Endless menu.
B) Some items have missing sprites
C) Maybe revise the collapse speed. Couldn't get past lv20 on Medium difficulty, but maybe it depends on the items
I like that you get items so fast. Very chaotic :D
