The thumb seems to be rotated 180, you should be able to rotate it back to normal in blender I assume you're using it.

Mods like these make me wish for an XDR where the survivor would hold the Grenade Launcher (Or in this case, the RPG) over their shoulder, it looks awkward firing it from the hip with one hand holding the gun itself and hovering their other hand near it

I don't know if I forgot to install another addon or if another addon is conflicting it but it's purple checkerboard textures for me.
