ESO will be completely fine, I have used ninjaripper on it many times with no issues. Here are a couple websites that can help guide you on extracting models from ESO using ninjaripper:

I do recommend to delete the files ninjaripper creates in your game folder when you're done (should be something like d3d11.dll and dxgi.dll or something like that).

For Enclave, since it is a singleplayer game it should be safe to use ninjaripper. Though I wasn't able to find a tutorial or guide specific to that game anywhere, so you would be on your own for it. Should not be hard to do however since it is an older game.

If it is a singleplayer game with no anticheat then 100% it will not harm the game. If it is a multiplayer game with some sort of anticheat then I would search up on the internet if people have used it in the past, and if they have been banned. The two multiplayer games I have used ninjaripper on (Warframe and Elder Scrolls Online) did not ban me or anything, but I would ask around just incase. I don't want to be responsible for you getting banned or anything. Once you have extracted your models from ninjaripper, I would also remove it from the game's files just incase.

Heya, ninjaripper works most of the time when extracting models from games. You then import the model from ninjaripper to blender using a plugin. This one should work https://github.com/kree-nickm/ninjaripper-blender-import
