What Mateu wants is an AOA limiter which is used with planes that are unstable aerodynamically. I made a custom FCS for him specifically.
TheMadScot 26 Aug @ 9:44am
YF-10's FCS is close enough
MateuSio33 25 Aug @ 12:46pm
add a customizable aoa limiter that would be sigma
TheMadScot 23 Aug @ 12:14pm
I wonder if it would be possible to make an arcade FCS. I know the autopilot already does that, but I mean something more advanced like Project Wingman's mouse aim. I had tried to do so before but it was a bit... confusing.

Try a smaller or higher speed on the rudder actuator (or flap speed, depending on what you use).
TheMadScot 16 Aug @ 1:48pm
I saw an F-16 that uses the FCS and the yaw had much less rubber banding, almost non-existent. this would be on track with the FCS being designed to prevent rubber-banding on the other controls (maintains an angle) so
grzybek337  [author] 16 Aug @ 1:33pm
If you experience rubber banding, delete the green sensor and see what happens
TheMadScot 16 Aug @ 12:38pm
Also does the yaw controller help stop rubber banding with yaw controls?
TheMadScot 16 Aug @ 9:09am
that's what i'm saying!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I created this to help people make better flying planes in the workshop. I also don't enjoy either non-accumulated or accumulated controls.
TheMadScot 16 Aug @ 5:40am
"they're trying to be like war thunder controls" when that's literally how planes fly. if you're not actively pulling the flight stick returns to upright.
TheMadScot 16 Aug @ 5:38am
i js got screamed at by two people for simply asking for a plane to be easy to control. This is why i modify shit bro, accumulated pitch is NOT that good.
TheMadScot 14 Aug @ 9:13am
i was missing a few white sensors next to the FCS that controlled the cobra button
grzybek337  [author] 13 Aug @ 1:09pm
You probably deleted the big blue sensor, the one on the side.
TheMadScot 13 Aug @ 12:20pm
oh wait i accidentall y deleted partofi t
TheMadScot 13 Aug @ 12:17pm
something broke, the pitch is accumulated again despite it not being accumulated on the old one
grzybek337  [author] 13 Aug @ 11:59am
Sure, it uses the default settings as far as I remember.
TheMadScot 13 Aug @ 11:31am
assuming the YF-10 uses default settings
TheMadScot 13 Aug @ 11:31am
So would just taking the FCS from the YF-10 and applying it to the fighter I'm making be a good idea?
grzybek337  [author] 13 Aug @ 11:15am
See how it's done on the YF-10.
You basically need to disable a few sensors with a switch (while keeping them on when the switch is not pressed) while sending a singal of "1" to the "g-force memcell" which will disable the g-force limiter.
TheMadScot 13 Aug @ 11:06am
How do I wire the G-force disabling? The tutorial mentions how to remove it outright but I want to do what the YF-10 did and be able to disable it mid-flight.

This helped me so much w/ my stealth bomber tysm
alaxxy08 13 Jul @ 12:26pm
Thanks, it works great

Connect both the blue and red to the pair of flight controls
Make sure pitch actuates correctly.

Then check roll. For the flap that roll moves in the wrong direction, disconnect that flap. Make a switch that has: "Min in: -1, Max In: 1 | Min out: 1, Max out: -1" and connect that switch's input to the roll red switch.
Now connect that flap to the switch. Done
alaxxy08 13 Jul @ 8:59am
How to combine pitch and roll into a single pair of flight control surfaces?
grzybek337  [author] 12 Jul @ 4:43am
Sorry I don't want to do such a system
Bardakani_55 (Sven) 12 Jul @ 4:41am
Grzybek, did you hear me?
grzybek337  [author] 10 Jul @ 2:35am
I can make auto flairs, I already have a creation. I'm adding it to the list of things to do.
Blutonium99 10 Jul @ 1:53am
holy nut bust
Moonlight 9 Jul @ 7:33pm
can you make auto flares?
Bardakani_55 (Sven) 9 Jul @ 6:48pm
Hey grzybek, I have a tough challenge for you, Make the racing simulator from cars 3, The tredmill thingy should use couplings
erasemint 9 Jul @ 3:19pm
how come the delta reads down to only ~45 fps?
erasemint 8 Jul @ 5:11pm
gaming
Vicewave87 8 Jul @ 6:31am
Might have to try that
grzybek337  [author] 7 Jul @ 10:34pm
Actually, the auto-speed does work (I used it in the "flies 2 meters off the ground" gif on the police car.

Auto-altitude won't work sadly, though and if you connect auto-heading correctly, it might work too (although you may need to highly limit the steering angle of the wheels).
Vicewave87 7 Jul @ 1:01pm
Does it work on cars
grzybek337  [author] 7 Jul @ 12:03am
Will be uploaded soon
keks 7 Jul @ 12:02am
can you provide a link to this f-15 in the workshop?
grzybek337  [author] 6 Jul @ 6:07am
Yees. Because it's aerodynamically unstable, it uses its own custom FCS (not mine). I am experimenting on creating a FCS for unstable aircraft, although the there isn't a great benefit of those type of aircraft in Brick Rigs, compared to the standard semi-stable and stable aircraft.
It is cool though. :lunar2019piginablanket:

Was that a J-10C in the gif that is in the discord?
KAKTUS misiek999 ™ 5 Jul @ 6:46am
Will definitely add this to my upcoming plane K-190, will credit ofc.
