Darn I accidentally overwrote the description for the Sluice upgrade after the last update, thanks for the catch. I added the description back, not sure if it answers your question:

Basically, your Sluice can already close when there is enough water downstream. However, this comes at the cost of water overflowing if you don’t have a Floodgate on top. This feature removes the need for a Floodgate. You set a height, and when the water rises above it, the Sluice releases the excess water (without this feature, it would have closed as soon as the downstream had enough water). It only works in combination with “Closed when downstream” (otherwise it would always stay open already). If the “Closed by Contamination” auto setting is enabled, that always takes priority, meaning if it is closed by contamination, it will stay closed.

Thanks for all the fun mods you have made so far, I wish I could came up with some as well, but it seems I am not able to :-)

As for the Source-Level Sensor, is it intended to be an exclusive feature for the sluice control?
If I do multiple parameters, like close on contamination level above 1% and open when upstream is above X, then this does not have an effect.

If was trying to use it in order to have some addtional path if a Moonson is kicking in or so.
I might use this wrong :-)

Or would I need to buld something with two sluices stacked then?

Hi, in your screenshot I see you do not check the "Close above downstream" so this feature is basically useless (as the Sluice is always open anyway). I added a note on the upgrade and why/how to use it. Please read and see if it makes it clearer :)

Could you give me a screenshot of the situation please? Is there contamination btw? Closed by contamination always takes precedent.

Current version still causes crashes for me. Latest version of Moddable Bindto is v7.1.4

Hi thanks for the confirmation, I am aware of the issue. Unfortunately I am a bit busy this week and the issue persist and I haven't found out the way to fix it yet so for now please disable the mod until I can make an update.

@Luke ✞ Jesus Saves ✞ Sorry, I'm not sure what you mean by it happening to IT or FT. I loaded a save with the mod, and the dams just didn't hold water. Also what I think what @milidh meant is that the water went through the dam when weather changed, so maybe its got something to do with how the game loads the settings in your mod? Sorry I only know a bit about coding, and I've got no experience with Timberborn mods

Huh that's strange... I thought I fixed it (it did happen during my test in development) but I got this one got through . Did it happen to IT or FT? I will check it again (I meant the water going through bug, the weather change bug I haven't noticed but it's strange because there is no code for Dam about Weather at all)

@Rustivard I had same issue with dams not working. Also when weather changed dams allowed water to flow. not purchased any of options either

got this glitch where on loading a save all of my dams stopped actually blocking any water, so water would just totally flow right through them. Uninstalling this mod fixed it. I haven't bought any of the upgrades for this mod yet. Thanks!

I still dont know why it happened or what changed, but it somehow fixed itself... after I deleted the path and rebuild it the exact same way as before, which is starange inoftself as Builders dont need a path when they get to a construction site thats within the District borders.

I bought the Levi Power transmition one and the Placeholder R&D for shits and giggles, im trying to build a Bridge made of Tubeway sections, levi blocks, 1x5 Platforms that are touching tips, pathways ontop and some permiables floors for astethics

So the issue is that Planks dont get delivered although I have 1.4K stored right next door, i have no Error log and cant wrap my head around this one, any advice on how to debbug this?

I dont know if its from this mod, but after recent updating Micros Managment and adding the Scientific Projects mod series my builders deliver stuff to the construction site and then keep standing there until nightfall, nothing gets ever finished and I have all the construction materials that are needed, the game itself is running fine no lag or FPS drops, current colony are Emberpelts with round about 60 ish Beavers with Bots just getting started
