"crashes after the logo" in that case, it's possible that the file specified by this mod is missing. i forgot to mention the necessary items, installed Dawnguard DLC?

Its not save file.
When i turn on this mod, then run the game its shows logo, then close the game.
The only mods i run is celtic ambient music, and thats all.

the cause of crash in this modification itself is very low. there are cases where the cause is the introduction of FF or higher or the save file.
