@Guestzin:3, they just dont need to. The act 1 basement and act 3 basement are the same in the full game.

These bugs arent fixable. The files for Hello Small House are lost, good news is that hello small house isnt the only mod Ill make.

Hello Neighbor maps are opened on your Act3_Basement and Apartments maps. You need to change the names of the maps!

Hey Darkness, I need some help determining whats wrong. When does it show the map with the text "Thanks for playing! Act 3 will come soon."? After you get chased by the neighbor out of the basement? After the apartments map, just need to know when, so I can determine what map is bugged.
