life rafts stored on the top deck however they are decoration as it is to mimic real life

Are you engaging the gear on the panel with the bar display to the left of the helm as-well as the clutch to the right hand side?

To main throttle is on engine panel, then use the gear panel and clutch in the bridge, theres no rpm throttle there
