@Julle Yeah, got that s one , but really not using it , i m kinda an utopist , i don t really believe on restricting people move :) , and my uneemployement is at zero on the game so i will check the new mod or make an other kind of training people to get into more qualified job or some ai ....

@Sloth mate I just apm government investments like rural developments, money supply, technology grants and such. I have tried getting mods to make it more difficult and complex but it's still too simple I think.

@yoan use the migration mod it has a decently balanced system for that. it adds work visas to deal with skill shortages but it increases unemployment and add racial tension.

@Julle Boosting GDP is easy? Any tips or is it just experience and reaction too events?

@Julle Modding this game is insanely easy compared to other games. If you are willing to spend a few minutes to read the easy official guide, you'll have a mod in no time.

true , i dont how you playing but for myself , i always ending needing more worker, even with the lowest border control possible in the game, and corporate exodus. I actually checked the overrideand situation file and i did not find that corporate exodus have any direct effect on the employment , it have on the gdp thougt, and a bit high( or maybee i missed it , or it had been fix in a mod that i don t have) or simply maybee my self employment are at top. Anyway i will make a file for that, that i throw in the next mod) ....

Got no experience but yeah maybe I'll try it. I wanna make the economy more realistic, comlex and difficult. Right now it's so easy to just boost GDP and get all the money you want.
yoan174  [author] 9 Dec, 2014 @ 3:49pm
It probably won't be for tomorow but soon :)
yoan174  [author] 9 Dec, 2014 @ 3:49pm
I've a couple of mods i want to put up... But yes, why not or maybee someone else will do it or u can try it s not too hard to learn...
Slimboy Fat 8 Dec, 2014 @ 1:13pm
You seem like a cool modder. Any chance you might take suggestions for other mods when you're done with this?

For the cost , tell me what you think, that can change aswell, no problem. I based myself on the whole worth of a company like Cypress Semi condutor to try to be accurate. Also on how much is spending uk in research for semiconductor that is rediculy low ( that something like 5million pounds/years if remember well ),canada for quamtun research ( something like 50 million over two years again if i remember well ) and d-wave fundings aswell ( 160 millions + sell, again and again, if i remember well).
I tried to be accurate but it is more than possible that i could be missing a lot stuff out, i'm learning new stuff everyday so i wont be surprise :)

I'm a newbie at modding,so maybee it's not rigth yet. It s kind of what i intended to do with the implemention time, i putted 35 so it s should be almost as you said 'take a decade' to get the full bonuse of the technology.
Maybee i made a mistake as i m thinking that 1 in implementation is 1 quarter, so 35*4=11.66 years , nope ? maybee i can double that , the same as superconductor.
Slimboy Fat 7 Dec, 2014 @ 9:44am
Mybe increase the cost (a lot) and it should take some time to provide bonuses. We're researching quantum computers now but it should take maybe a decade before they're practical
yoan174  [author] 6 Dec, 2014 @ 7:12pm
@Julle
maybee a bit but it s taking some time for implentation. On the other hand, if the technology breakthrouth it could very perfom.
I'm happy to fix that anyway, what would you reckon ?
Slimboy Fat 6 Dec, 2014 @ 11:56am
It's a little overpowered don't you think?
