are you running rimworld 1.5 or 1.6? have you tried with only this mod active?
They are meant to disapear as its supposed to be a mech only weapon.

Out of curiosity, were you using a melee damage type or was it something else?
let me know if the shield belts stop blaster fire like they should now.
Experiencing an issue with shield belts being completely ignored by droid weaponry, making them effectively useless against them, do you think this is a load order issue or a conflict?

That said i believe the bryar is/was one of the standard weapons of the rebel alliance?
this would fit in nicely with the "Empire vs rebellion" mod im updating but who knows?
The blasteck workbench has made a return as well, let me know how that feels as well.

Just reporting a bug and fix for your current build. M-56 Heavy Blaster Cannon has the wrong texture assigned in ThingDefs_weapons.xml
Change line 1535 to be:
<texPath>Things/M-56_Heavy_Blaster_Cannon</texPath>
