@Greybear I'm gonna be honest and say if that happened it means your computer can barely run Garry's Mod

The worst it'd do is crash your game if you reloaded the pre-packed icons

By the way: If you wish to on future maps you may make, use my add "The Gmod FNaF Bundle" it's great for general map decor as it has loads of props.

Just make sure to pack in the stuff from it into the map so people don't gotta download the entire thing due to required items.

Also obviously credit the addon if you use it.
