Everything's worked great for me except for "Magician" (Alpha's mod). I tried with and without the other skin mods, but typing Magician crashes for me. Is there a different mod your Magician refers to?

@Archailect After some testing I found a vanilla backer hero that conflicted with Abysswalker. Both were named "Artorias".
I updated the mod - please reinstall and try again.

I will try to reproduce this.

I did more testing with just this mod and four other hero mods (Saw Hunter, Lunar Princess, Abysswalker and Lord's Blade) then I finish the tutorial and go to the coach and when I type words it all comes out in gibberish. I exit the game, then return, and use the vanilla heroes for the first dungeon and the game crashes. But it only crashes when I have to do that. Just a heads up if this is a problem on my end or your mod overall.

Hi, I've read the description of the mod page but I just want to say that every time I start a game then type in the names of four modded heroes and start the first dungeon it crashes. Is that what happens if you don't stretch it out weekly?

It will crash if you try to spawn a hero that you don't have on your save - sadly I cannot fix this. Just mistyping a name won't cause a crash though.

It works now thanks. Although can you make it that if you type incorrect name it just denies and doesn't crash?

for some reason it crashes when i try typing Squire, other classes work

@xXFrozenStrawberryXx the only way to fix the bug is by windowing the game, and if the game is windowed while the bug is occurring, full screening the game. It appears to be a long time bug. Dunno why windowing fixes it, but it does.

Oh, that's annoying. It's not something I can fix. Only chance would be reporting it to Red Hook.

I think I found the bug Edgekahn was talking about. When you name one of your heroes, the last input you put in is the only input that appears when calling heroes. For example I named a hero Luna, and when I tried to call a hero afterwards the only letter that appeared was "a".

@Sherin I didn't realize that there were two heralds. I was trying to spawn the crystalline herald but was only putting in herald. It works now so thank you for clarifying.

@JMO I will keep adding more! The mod covers around 310 mods at the moment and it's mostly older mods that are still on my to-add list.

In a similar issue with Blazeking726, I tried loading in the Herald and it crashes despite other classes loading.

Wonderful. Didn't realize I needed this in my life. Can only hope over time more heroes will be added to the list

@Sherin it works! I just had to fiddle around with it a bit. It appears there is an in game bug that is going against your mod where it will prevent typing. I fixed it by windowing the game.

@edgekahn The function should be available from the start. It is a base game function I expanded upon. If it doesn't work on Mac then sadly there is nothing I can do from my side.

edit: I can pull up the screen but it translates my letters to ]

I am a Mac player, changed the file and it still won't let me access the mod. Do I have to complete a mission before it unlocks?
