How do you reckon this mixes with The Fallen Eagle? Also, when a tribal with pirate holdings adopts feudalism, can those pirate holdings become castles, cities & temples?
I can certainly see the potential for making the "Barbarians" in The Fallen Eagle truly terrifying, but I'd still like to see them develop as they did.
This mod adds a decision which abdicates your lands and gives you a special landless government type with its own domicile (ship) and contracts centered around piracy.
