Made a bunch of changes the uniform seems to be working properly now I had to fix the Normal and ORM textures to get it correct. Thanks for the support!

Yeah I know I have to make a ton of adjustments to the shirt and pants. The pants aside from the stripe look the way I wanted but for some reason the color on the shirt was not what I wanted.

the stripes are going down the front of the leg, not the sides as they should.
