mod manager didn't seem to work on windows but the scenario is pretty good

After recent update, you only have to take the content from steamapps/workshop/content/603850/(something)/ and paste it all into the games local files.

Also, you have to rename the pasted folder to "cold_war" or it won't work

Subscribe to this scenario, and then view the local files of the AOC II game. Navigate down to "steamapps" and enter "workshop" and then "content." Enter the folder "603850" and copy the folder inside which has the same picture as in this scenario. Close the folder viewer and view the local files again through steam. Paste the folder I told you to copy into "map/Earth/scenarios/" and then you should be able to run the game and have this scenario available.

I’m pretty sure you have to download it, and then put the mods files into the “Earth” maps scenario folder. This is my first one so there are some problems with it but I’ll try and fix them
