Hi Drew,
All you need to do is click the subscribe button, it will download the mod
Load bellwright, on the main menu, click Mods, verify the mod is showing and enabled
Load a save or start a new game, the bag will show in the simple workbench menu.

For us out of touch with technology ppl, how do you get the actual mod and apply it?
