Like another person said, this seems to conflict with some mod, and breaks certain cards. Like the hierophant not spawning hearts and, in my experience, deleting items in the room. It works fine alone.

@Haunts The mod does not interact with files, stores, etc. It's literally a resprite mod. You may have downloaded a different mod. Try restoring your progress via backup.

The mod is fully functional. Try reloading the workshop page, maybe you haven't subscribed to the mod (this happens sometimes)
